RULES OF OCKENDON RHINOS.

 

1.       A Weekly Membership Fee is payable to the club every week irrespective whether training is on or not pitch fees have to be paid whether we use the pitches or not– to be collected every Saturday at the training session which starts promptly at a time agreed by manager.  Please be on time as this affects the training session and may also affect team selection.  Players must be collected at the end of training from the pitch.  Training can only be cancelled by the Team Manager.

 

Please note membership fees are payable every week even if no training as pitch fees are due on a yearly basis even if we do not use them

2.       If fees are not paid for a total of four weeks then that child will not be allowed to attend the Club.  NO PAY, NO PLAY.

 

3.       All players are expected to turn up for training every Saturday.  If a player is unable to attend for any reason then the manager must be informed beforehand. 

 

4.       All children will be given an equal opportunity to play at every Sunday game which will depend on their commitment every Saturday at training.

 

5.       If your child is sick for any reason 24 hours prior to a match, they are not allowed by the Thundermite League, Chelmsford Youth Football League or Ockendon Rhinos to play.  You must inform the Manager as soon as possible.

 

6.       All players must turn up for training and matches in suitable attire for the prevailing weather conditions and shin guards must be worn at all times.  No jewellery can be worn during training or during matches.  If this is not adhered to then the child will not be allowed to play.

 

7.       Due notice of the fixtures, times and venues will be given by the Manager.  Please note it is your responsibility to ensure your child is in attendance 30 minutes prior to kick off.  

 

8.       Parents/guardians and supporters are asked not to approach any players on the field of play.

 

9.       Abusive language, swearing, threatening behaviour, violent conduct or racial abuse will not be tolerated by the Club or its officials.  Anyone heard or seen acting in this way will face disciplinary action by the Club.  If the Club incur any fines from the Thundermite League or Chelmsford Youth Football League as a result of a breach of this rule, the player and/or the parent/guardian may be liable to pay them.

 

10.     The Manager’s decisions may not always seem fair but please try to support him as best you can.

 

11.     If you have any complaints about the Club, there is a complaints procedure.  You can see the Manager or any other Club Official for further details.


 

12.     No player is permitted to play until the Club Administration Form has been fully completed, signed and returned to the Manager.
